Please keep me and my family in your prayers as we are facing this once again. There has been a lot of struggle and pain throughout this journey. Please pray for the peace for me as I wait to have brain surgery and please hold my family in your prayers they support me and navigate this with me.

We all arrive in Colorado on different flights at different times.
Monday, 15, 2024
8:30am We travel to the hospital
10:00am I check in for pre-op
12:00pm I am taken back for surgery prep, which takes about an hour. It includes being sedated and having the surgical site shaved, etc.
1:00pm is around the time when the surgery will begin.
(Please hold my family in your prayers as they anxiously wait in the waiting room for hours.)
4:15pm is around the time I will be sent to post op in the ICU
I am expected to be in the ICU till Wednesday or Thursday depending on how it goes

Prayer: Please pray as you feel led, our requests range far and wide from wisdom for the doctors to safe travel, but ultimately for peace, healing, and God’s will to be done.
Here is a brief overview of our schedule and prayer needs. We all arrived early to allow time for any travel adjustments due to weather and to allow Shae time to rest after traveling and before the surgery. The plan worked out well because a snowstorm is expected to arrive in Denver tomorrow and we will all safely be here by then!

Shae and Stephanie (mom) fly to Colorado by Angel Flights West on medical flight from Portland, OR. Left a day earlier to avoid bad weather.

Surgery Schedule
Surgery then 1-2 nights ICU followed by 2-3 nights on neurological floor then 1-2 nights at hotel to make sure that her pain is under control before flying home
